The chef

From The French Laundry to Elizabeth

Chef Jason trained as Sous Chef under Chef Thomas Keller at The French Laundry.

He is in residence at some of the world’s leading restaurants on his Elizabeth Tour. In 2027 he opens Elizabeth, a 14-seat restaurant in New York.

One tour. The world’s great kitchens. Two evenings in the Hemel-en-Aarde.
